We’re getting in touch to share an early announcement on the timing of an upcoming Parent App update.
When we last referenced this work, timings were still very early. We can now be clearer, and we expect the update to roll out in early March.
We wanted to share this now so all customers have clear notice well in advance.
What’s changing on the Parent App
- The Parent App will be updated with a refreshed look and feel
- The focus is on clarity, readability, and consistency
- Core functionality and layout will remain the same
- We’ll share screenshots and full details before anything goes live.
Listening to your software feedback
We’ve also taken on board feedback from customers about the Nursery App. As a result, we’ll be making improvements focused on usability and visual clarity. These changes are happening separately, and we’ll share more information when they’re ready.
What happens next
- We’ll confirm a more precise rollout window at least two weeks in advance
- That communication will include screenshots and guidance to help you prepare any parent communication
