Ovivio Referral Program

Referral Agreement

This is a guideline on the agreement between “Ovivio” and the current customer “referrer” and the terms they must meet to qualify for “The Ovivio Referral Program” when they refer a new customer “referee”.

Entering the program

The Ovivio Referral Program is exclusively for current customers based in the UK.

Qualification

To qualify for the Ovivio Referral Program, the referrer must:

1. Be an existing customer, and have been an existing customer (with all accounts up to date) for at least 3 months
2. Complete the referral form in full. This can be accessed from the ‘Refer blossom’ page available on the footer of the website.
3. Not own the referred site, or have a controlling stake in it

A referee can only enter the Ovivio Referral Program online after the referrer has met both qualification criteria stated above.

Payment

The referrer qualifies to receive an Amazon gift card when:

1. The referee has reached an agreement to become a Ovivio customer on the Learning or Business package with the Parent App within 30 days of the demo.
2. The referee has become a full Ovivio customer and paid their first three invoices.

Each referrer can refer as many providers as they want, and will receive one Amazon gift card for each new full Ovivio customer that they refer in accordance with the stated terms and conditions.

There’s no limit to the number of providers that can be referred by one referrer. Each individual Amazon gift card will be sent to the email address listed on the referrer’s account in the Ovivio Platform.

Changes to our terms and conditions

Ovivio retains the right to modify or update the terms of this agreement and incentives at any time.
