What will I need for my Ovivio demo?
We’ve done our best to make it as easy as can be – if you’re here on our webpage, you’re halfway there. You need a computer with a webcam or at least microphone capabilities, and access to Microsoft Teams. If you’ve got a screen, we can show you what we have to offer, but we definitely prefer to be able to see you too!
How soon can we get up and running?
You can be up and running with Ovivio in as little as two weeks – the average is six to eight weeks, but we’ll hold your hand through everything for as long as you need. Of course it’ll depend on the size of your business and complexity of any software you have in place already: we want to make sure we get all of your data migrated to Ovivio safely and securely, which is something we don’t want to rush!
It also depends on the willingness of your team to get involved – the more of your team we work with, the faster it will go!
How long do demos usually take, and can we record them for others to look at later?
It’s usually around an hour, less if you don’t need all of Ovivio fabulous features. We’ll chat before the demo about what you need to see in case there’s anything you’d like to skip over. As for recording: absolutely! We’ll share a recording after the demo for you to pass on to any additional decision makers.
