Template: Message to parents regarding upcoming Parent App Update

It’s nearly here – our partnered Parent App is updating from Blossom to Ovivio on 15th April. It’s getting a fresh new look and logo while retaining all of the features we know and love, and the best part is you probably won’t have to do anything!

Here’s a sneak peek of what it’ll look like:

You should have seen a few messages in the app about the upcoming change, but if you haven’t then here’s all you’ll need to do:

If your apps are set to auto-update, the change should happen automatically. If not, once the change is live you’ll be prompted to update your app in your phone’s app store. The Blossom ‘b’ will change to the Ovivio ‘O’, so keep an eye out for that on your phone’s home screen.

All of your login credentials will stay the same, and your data is still stored in the same place it as before. Ovivio isn’t a new company, so there hasn’t been any changes in servers or systems for data storage. Still safe, still secure, and still a wonderful window into your child’s nursery journey.
